Use of the service

You may use FileBanao for lawful file preparation and conversion. You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for having the right to use them.

Output and submission requirements

FileBanao aims to produce files matching the settings you choose, but you should always review the downloaded result before submitting it. A third-party portal, employer, school, examination authority or government service may have additional requirements that FileBanao cannot control.

Verified requirement information

When a page labels an application requirement as verified, FileBanao may provide the cited authority and the date it was checked. Requirements can still change, so the official source remains the final authority.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

The service may change, experience errors or be temporarily unavailable. FileBanao is provided as a practical utility and should not be treated as a guaranteed archival or submission service.
